Recently renovated with respect to the strict building controls in the ‘last row’ of the designated old town of Herceg Novi, about 35 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport in Croatia, or 45 minutes from Tivat airport in Montenegro. Facing south to the Adriatic and the entrance to the World Heritage Site of the Bays of Kotor (Boka Kotorska), both apartments have fabulous, exceptional views over the old town and headlands of the Lustica peninsula in Montenegro on the left, and Croatia on the right. The villa sits in its own Mediterranean garden, with orange, lemon, fig, vines and pomegranates. Both apartments are spacious with separate toilets in addition to bathrooms. Ample south and east facing terraces provide private outdoor seating and dining areas. With advance notice these two apartments can be linked via the gardens at both sides of the property and booked together for larger groups, thus sleeping up to 10 maximum in 5 bedrooms with three bathrooms and two additional toilets.
